Your co-worker is also a good alternative when it comes for dating. The reason is that you work in the same place which means you can get to expend more and more time together even while doing work. Here we can take the example, just like hitting two birds in one stone.
Dating with your co-worker has its drawback. If you and your co-worker were in bad terms, there's a big probability that your professional life will be affected too. Things may later on become scratchy as you're always around the person you once dated.
Choosing the person to date depends completely on you. There are compensation and disadvantages. All you have to do is to wish that with whom to date and where to find them.
